Every organization seeks to move forward with time. However, some factors tend to pull them down. This may be regarding social, economic and environmental factors. Racial bullying in the medical industry is one of these factors. These practices are brought about by some factors. While others undertake the practice out of hate other will indulge in them to prove their supremacy. The impacts of these are far felt by all parties involved.

There is the development of fear on those who are being mistreated. It becomes hard to face your workplace as the individual fear that what happened to them before will happen again. When an individual develops fear, it becomes hard for them to function and to consider the sensitive nature of this field there might be loss of lives or deterioration of the conditions of patients.

It also develops guilt on the individual. The act has a direct consequence on the confidence of an individual. When an individual lowers their self-esteem guilt sets in, they question themselves and in the long run feel guilty. In an attempt to escape from the guilt some may end up taking their lives or changing the place of work.

Also, the organization suffers heavily regarding resources and time. Not only will the organization lose the level of quality, but they also get to experience substantial financial blows. A considerable amount of time is spent trying to bring the parties in the fight together, plus the costs incurred for compensations on affected parties.

It also causes trauma and depression. Traumas develop out of a situation that one feels is beyond them. Among the severe extent of trauma is brain damage. Depression results from the growing level of stress on an individual, as the action is repeatedly done on them, they stress themselves out and end up falling victims of depression.

It affects the health and life of the clients. These actions can also occur on the patients as some end up being favored while others are being ignored. This practice has some of the most dangerous effects in this field. As a patient, the condition you are trying to be treated might get worse due to being ignored and to some extents leading to deaths if no action is taken or poor service is given.

Wars and doubts are inevitable when this occurs. The employees no longer trust each other, and they look upon each other with suspicion and hate. When the condition is overlooked or propelled by the management, they end up fighting each other. Some loose their lives, develop traumas and even lose interest in this career they once worked for.

In conclusion, the image and reputation of the firm is destroyed. This practice is very screaming. Whenever it is done, the actions are evident to the outside as some do not only practice it in the organization, instead they proceed to take it to the outside; besides, those who get in contact with the organization spread the news about what happens there thus staining the image of the firm.
